Farming charity, Shropshire Rural Support marked its 35th anniversary with a memorable Prosecco & Pudding Party in July, bringing together more than 200 supporters, volunteers, donors and friends to celebrate the charity's remarkable journey and continued commitment to the rural community.
The special evening was generously hosted by Catherine Suckley-Bright and her family in the beautiful marquee following the wedding of Tom and Emily, providing the perfect setting for this milestone celebration.
Guests enjoyed an evening of friendship and reflection, recognising three and a half decades of dedicated service and the collective efforts of everyone who has contributed to the success of SRS over the years.
SRS was honoured to welcome its founder, Clifford Evans, alongside the Lord-Lieutenant and SRS Patron, Anna Turner. The charity was also delighted to be joined by the inspirational Bale Man and Mandy Oliver, whose presence helped make the occasion even more memorable. The Bale man is running 30 events in his 30th year in memory of his best friend, and Mandy’s son Will Rogers.
The charity extends its sincere thanks to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered and supported SRS throughout the past 35 years. Their generosity, commitment and belief in the charity's mission continue to make its vital work possible.
